We must confess, we got up today in a really good mood, only to find our favorite throw pillow ripped to shreds in the living room, along with a furry canine who looked (frankly) unapologetic. He yowled a little when we gasped and scolded him, then got a treat as result, because who could resist that cute face? Sigh. We certainly couldn't.

As for our furry feline, well… she also decided to brighten our day a bit with her usual antics, which include toppling anything that is above ground level onto the floor, howling randomly, and using our sofa as a scratching post. The thing is with these little critters, is that the second we look into their eyes, we forgive 'em. Nothing to do.
